I am old(er) and new to upgrading laptops. I apologise but I cannot follow all the advice I see, however, I have a very simple question. I have a X1 Carbon 4th generation with a small drive and would like to upgrade it. My problem is that I don't know if I have a ssd or a nvme. How do I find out since no other question answers that? Also can I get either or for my laptop. Before I get put down please be advised this laptop was a gift. I couldn't afford it myself.
