Hi,
I have a ryzen 1600x with a asus prime 350 plus motherboard. I moved my parts from an old antec case to a new nzxt case. Previously, the antec case didn't have usb 3.0.
Everything is installed properly in the new case but one of the front 4 usb ports does not work. 2 front usb 3.0 work but only 1 of the 2 front usb 2.0 work. I suspect it's the case, since usb 2.0 ports worked fine on the antec.
I've checked for bent pins , saw nothing there. Also, tried using the second set of pins for front usb 2.0, same issue , one usb doesn't work.
Any thoughts before I get a replacement case and tear everything out just to do it it all over again in another case? Cable management is time consuming.
