OverHeating issues in CPU while on load

I have an intel(R) core i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz and GTX 950m 4gb. I used to game a lot on this laptop and stopped due to this problem , whenever my CPU is on load its temp is quickly raised to 86C and after few sec to 95-98C . I have cleaned my laptop , changed thermal paste , resinstalled bios , reinstalled OS . When ever i run a test on OCCT for CPU it automatically stops after 15-20 sec due to the temp values above 95C .

I havent overclocked my cpu or gpu .

How old is this laptop of yours? What's the model?

You noticed anything damaged or anything that could block airflow when u openend it up?

What are your temps like on idle?

its about 1.5 years old .
nothing is broken , even the temp while the laptop was open were almost the same , minor 2-3 degrees less .
idle temps are 35-40 degrees C .

Those are normal temperatures for idle. Which would mean that something is interfering with the cooling when you're gaming. Most often, you might need to apply new thermal paste and clean the inside of your laptop (fans, dust, everything).

This might sound stupid, but are all your drivers (including your GPU drivers) updated to its latest version? Did you use Nvidia GeForece Experience? Is the Bios also on its latest version.

At this point, I think it safe to say that the cooler is worn out, you might consider getting new fans.

I already mentioned , i have reinstalled bios , Os and every thing several time . And every thing latest .

Fan is also working fine . Even temp when laptop is open are high , how can be fan faulty .

Not necessarily a faulty fan, but everything in laptops are tightly squeezed together. You bring it around, it gets bumped, hardware constantly getting exterior pressure from movement. Usually the first one that goes out after the battery are the fans, specially gaming laptops. Could be worth changing them. It'll cost you around 10$.

Although the best thing would be to bring it to a service center. They will be able to tell you more. for sure.
