i own a laptop hp probook 450 G3 intel i5 6200u based on skylake im using ddr3l 1600 8gb ram memory. can I upgrade this to ddr4 2133 8gb? i have read that this skylake is uses 2 ddr3 and ddr4. please guide me thanks

im asking if I can use ddr4 2133 on my hp 450 g3 based on skylake I am using a ddr3l 1600 right now because I am planning to upgrade this mobo planning to buy this ddr4

1. You can't upgrade the motherboard in a laptop.

2. Your current motherboard may or may not be able to use either DDR3 OR DDR4. But probably not.

3. Even if you were able to change the RAM to DDR4, you'd see a minimal benefit, at best.
