Lately I have been having fps fluctuation a lot in csgo and i have read a lot of forums and unable to come to a conclusion of which component is not working properly in my PC. It would be really awesome if someone from this forum could help me out.

So my PC specs are -
CPU - AMD FX-6300
RAM - 8GB
GPU - NVIDIA GTX 750 TI
Hardrive - 1 TB WD
Power supply - Corsair VS550 550

I have a cooler master heatsink so my CPU temperature does not go above 40C.
Below is a link attached of MSI AfterBurner monitoring image while playing csgo.

As you can see there is a lot of FPS fluctuation and other fluctuation as well.
So do i need to rebuild my entire PC.

Are the thermal margins at idle and full load? If they are then I believe thermal throttling can be ruled out as a probable cause.

There are only a few other things I would consider checking. The power supply is working at proper spec (I use HWiNFO to check rail voltages). Verify game cache (I've had odd slowdowns on some games before).

Beyond my experience but actual stress tests may help see if the hardware is performing within error of margin.
Check also all CPU cores for usage and frequency, GPU frequency, RAM usage and frequency, and perhaps page file too.

I would corroborate that temperature you're seeing in Afterburner with AMD Overdrive's thermal margins to be on the safe side.

Would ask how is that 8GB of RAM configured. Is that 1 x 8GB, or 2 x 4GB?

First of all thank's for your time and effort to help me sir. I really appreciate it.

I have 2 x 4GB RAM configured.

Also please find the attached images to find the usages and frequencies in Afterburner.

Can't see anything in particular in the graphs except the constant fluctuations in CPU and GPU usage, which confirms the problem. Page file usage does seem a bit high though steady during (I assume) game play.

Have you managed to check thermal margin using AMD Overdrive? Would like to eliminate an overheating issue for the CPU. (As long as thermal margin is a positive value, then it should rule out an overheating CPU causing thermal throttling.)

I use Core Temp and the temperature and the minimum temperature is about 35C and Maximum temperature is about 47C.

I installed AMD Overdrive and these are the thermal margins.
