I recently built a PC and used my old HDDs. The thing is, my ProgramFiles is gone on my C drive, and I lost a ton of folders on my E drive. Is there anything I can do to find those again? Thanks in advance for any help.

Did you do a new OS install in this new hardware, or did you just shove the drive in and power it up?

I had some files in my ProgramFiles and on my other E drive that are missing. I was not thinking correctly so I hadn't backed anything up. There shouldn't be any missing files unless you deleted them but may be hidden.
Well, I should have worded that better. I meant to say that files from my ProgramFiles are missing. It's not a big deal if I can't get them but if there is any possible way that I can, that would be great. Sorry for not giving enough detail.

That may be a side effect of just booting up in the new hardware.
It is generally recommended to do a full reinstall with a change like this.
Also, not sure if this means anything, but all my old files from my admin user are still on the C drive. the folders on the E drive are mostly all gone though.

Is this 2 physical drives, or 2 partitions on one drive?
