Here are my specs:
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk
Case: NZXT H500 Matte White
Internal Storage: Samsung 860 EVO(250GB)
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX1060 OC D5 3GB- I don't think it's a good one...
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Pinnacle Ridge
Power supply: CORSAIR CX650 80PLUS BRONZE
RAM: G.SKILL DDR4 16G PC4-25600 CL16 TRIDENT Z RGB (8Gx2)
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC - Freezer 33 TR (Black/White) CPU Cooler

I wish to buy the the most reliable graphics card for my motherboard. Do you know such cards that have go with the AMD chipset? I'm sorry for this foolish question. :( I'm not very experienced with building computers, nor picking the right components...

Bad question. Correct question would be I have a 'X' monitor and I want to play at 'Y' settings, get smooth game play and good fps, and stay within 'Z' budget, what are my options.

With a Ryzen cpu, the only limiting factors being the monitor resolution/frequency, the psu and your available budget as any gpu from a radeon HD series or any nvidia higher than pcie 1.1 with a pcie x16 interface will work.

With a 1080p/144Hz monitor and already a gtx1060 3Gb, a 1070 isn't all that much of an upgrade vrs the price. Personally, I'd even skip the 1070ti and run straight into a gtx1080. That Ryzen 5 2600 is quite capable of 144fps+, especially paired with the 3200MHz ram. There's a really good chance, especially with the RTX series coming out, that end of the year releases like the new Mechwarrior etc are going to be gpu killers, the same way Witcher 3 is.

If you plan on a upgrade, at least make it worthy of the price you are paying.

Yeah, makes sense.
