Could anyone suggest me some decent budget gaming monitors that look nice, reliable, has a good resolution, and a decent refresh rate? I can't afford the decent ones... Thanks!

It's a fine enough graphics card that should get fairly good performance at 1080p resolution at least. It's probably best not to go with any higher resolution with that card, but it might be worth getting a 144Hz high refresh-rate screen, to be able to benefit from higher frame rates in some games that are less demanding and that can push significantly more than 60fps.

This 24" MSI screen that Tom's Hardware reviewed the other week looks good, for example, and can be found for around $230 or so...

It's only 1080p resolution, but has a high-contrast VA panel that should have good colors, along with a 144Hz refresh rate. It should also be possible to find...

It's only 1080p resolution, but has a high-contrast VA panel that should have good colors, along with a 144Hz refresh rate. It should also be possible to find 27" 144Hz 1080p screens for under $300, though at 1080p the individual pixels might be a bit more visible at that size.
