So I want to play high end games on decent graphics, I have decent hardware so I'm not sure why I can't run any of these games on at least 60 fps. I will provide my current devices, and such. If you could give me some tips on what to upgrade, or what I'm doing wrong, that would be much appreciated. I'm already aware that I need a new monitor though, it causes screen tearing.

Starting with the tasks, so you have an understanding of what it processes.

And that's it! Sorry for the lack of details, let me know if I missed anything. I'm 16 and just getting into computers so I'm not too advanced. So yeah, what should I be looking into to get a better gaming experience? Or just a better pc experience overall

Solution
keep and eye out for newegg for parts. cyber monday and black friday are few weeks away. if your in the big city keep an eye out in the local papers when biz and unv toss out there pc. you may get lucky and get a intel cpu that only a few years old.

Straight up, do away with the FX, as that's the weakest component(currently) in your system.
Either a Ryzen 2600 build with a B450 motherboard and 8gb DDR4 ram, or an Intel I5 8400 build with a B360 board and 8gb DDR4 ram would yield great results.
Forget about the cheaper route via FX 8xxx. Your motherboard likely won't hold up with one of those, plus it's not that big of an improvement over your 6300.

So say I am on a budget, could I get the B450 motherboard for the meantime, then work my way up to the CPU? Along with using my DDR3 ram, which I could eventually upgrade to DDR4? Or could I just get the CPU, or is it not compatible with my motherboard

as black friday and cyber monday are dropping soon. speak with your mom and dad about your pc. the fx cpu is a 6 year old cpu on a dead mb. you can pull the video card and reuse it and your hard drive and ssd drive if you have one in a new build. if you cant buy parts for gaming pc. look at pre built gaming pc on new egg and micro center. dont go dell or hp they dont use stock power supply and cases. try going with a ryzen i3/i5 cpu for cost. with the newer ryzen mb you can swap out the cpu for a faster one with a bios update. when intel drops a new cpu most times your froced into geting a mb with a new chipset. on your old pc the 400w power supply is weak. if you start to rebuilt it go with a good 650w unit.

Basically you're saying my computer is garbage, correct? I should just buy a Pre-built pc without the graphics card, and the hard drive since I already own them and I'll be good?
