HELP Crystal Disk Caution C5

Hello gurus

My laptop was running slow lately and sometimes freezes, so i decide to check for some errors in the hard drive using crystal disk info and got a caution warning.

How can i fix it and make my laptop run smoothly(faster)?

Only buying a new faster laptop will make it run faster unless your CPU can be upgraded.
Otherwise upgrading the harddrive to an SSD will help programs load faster and make things feel a little more smooth.
Ram may help also but we don't know how much you have or anything...
