Hi all,

Currently I'm using TP-Link TL-WN881ND wifi card.

Looking for something better to upgrade, around ~$40 but ready to pay more if it's worth it, like with bluetooth 4.0, 802.11 AC standard, higher bandwidth, maybe some extending antennas solution etc

P.S. my router is Not 802.11AC and I know In that case I won't get any benefits from AC. I'm planning to upgrade it as well (idk if I need to open separate thread for it or I can ask in same thread ?)

What can you advice ?

Thanks in advance

A separate thread for your router upgrade will get you better visibility.

Rather than WIFI have you tried powerline networking? In many cases you can get more consistent networking via powerline network adapters than with WIFI. The cost is higher than you desired amount.

Seems good solution for me, cuz I want to get rid of all that cabling stuff in my home, actually this might work.

Can you please tell me more ? what is it ? it's working kinda like broadcasting the length of the cable from point A to point B where those powerline adapters are installed right ? and as I understood the bandwidth also stays high ?

What could be also beneficial rather than WiFi ? and can you please provide some maybe mid-range powerline networking device so I'll check price, specs and figure out ?
