My SSD is a crucial mx500 500gb. The problem is crystal disk shows 560 read and 502 write speed which is good. But when i copy file from this SSD to the same SSD it have like 100-200 mb/s copy speed and is just as fast as my old hdd. On hardisksenitel it shows the trim is supported and turned on.
And the status of the disk is perfect also I have 182gb free so its propably not because of the space. Any tips guys please?

Solution
Between drives is a LOT different than within the same drive. These are all SATA III SSD.

NORMAL. don't get hung up on benchmarks. My 850 Evo Pro does 200 MB/sec transferring a VM to another folder from SSD to SSD

no problems here. the tests they run are not always what your file I/O is like

Crucial has their own test software, you can also use Parkdale which is free, but don't bother, you are fast as you are going to get.

go to userbenchmarks and run the online thing, it will tell you how your ssd is performing. http://www.userbenchmark.com/

^+1 I really doubt your HDD is actually that fast.

Also, the rated speed for SSDs (500 MB/s in your case) are typically for unrealistic scenarios involving high queue depth sequential transfers, and aren't reflective of what you're going to see during typical use.
