What Should I upgrade in my PC for 1080p maybe Ultra gaming at 60 fps in 2018-2019 and maybe to 2020?

My Specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 6gb
PSU: EVGA 650w Gold Certified (G1 I think)
Motherboard(Not sure if this matters too much): B350 Krait Gaming (This one https://msi.com/Motherboard/B350-KRAIT-GAMING.html)
I have a 500 GB ssd
2, 8 gb sticks of Hyperx 3000 MHz ram but I pushed them to 3200 I may be able to go further but I think it is fine the way it is for now
I have A LOT of extra space in my case because i bought a very big case it is Phanteks but I am not sure which one because i cant find it on the interne t, I bought it at a local pc store.
as for cpu cooling I have the Deepcool Captain 240 ex cooling my CPU and I have some pretty good fans so cooling should not be a problem.

I guess my real question here is what things should i upgrade to experience 60 fps on at least High graphics in all of the new games coming out and games that are out for this year, ive heard from some people that upgrading my GPU would be my best bet but i am not sure what i should upgrade to. Im thinking about trying for Nvidia's new RTX 2070 when it comes out but I am still relatively new to PC building so I'm not sure if that is a good idea.
Any Thoughts?

depending on amd cpu your mb may last you a few years with bios updates as long as the mb has good vrm on it. for gpu right now dont buy anything. dont fall for nvidia rtx hype. wait till nvidia has to drop a better priced/speed gpu in a few months when amd drops there newer gpu next year. if amd does on there gpu side on how well there doing on there cpu side the nvidia going to be in truble in a few years.
You could definitely try the RTX 2070; but it's probably a bit overkill for 1080p 60fps. It's probably going to be on par or slightly better than a GTX 1080 (my own speculation), but will have the ray-tracing abilities for extra visuals. A pretty good move for you though. Next step would be a good 1440p monitor IMO.

..other than all that, I think a GTX 1070 would do 1080p 60fps on high-ultra for the upcoming games.
