Hi, I have been having this issue on my laptop for a while and I'd like to fix this.. please help.

Here's my spec

Graphics : Intel HD graphics 4000, GTX660M 2GB
CPU : Intel Core i7-3610QM
OS : W7 Home Premium K
RAM : 4GB DDR3-1600

the symptoms I know is that, I can hear the fan goes as fast as I play high-end games when what I actually do is just open a firefox and watch a video on facebook.

and when I use browser, it won't let me open multiple ones. Crashes the tab I am using or the program shuts down itself.

Sometimes the computer shuts down after bsod, the screen won't show anything when I turn the power on. It comes back on after like 20 minutes.

Here's my minidump file I have gathered for a while.

Please let me know if given informations are not enough, this is my first time leaving a thread for help on this forum so I may miss something here!

Thank you!! :)

Solution
just install the updated network driver using the link I provided and see if you still get a bugcheck.
the motherboard vendor ; just go to the manufactures website to get bios and driver updates (if they still are updating for your machine, older machines you might have to go the vendor of the chip on the motherboard. Which is why I provided the link to the chip vendor for the network chip on your system.
I think your old network driver is throwing errors that your new virus scanner is having problems with.
I would guess updating the network driver might fix the problem.

also update the motherboard sound driver, they fixed a sound driver corruption problem last year.
----------------

looked at the most current bugcheck:
program running was San11PK.exe

I would update these very old drivers:
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\RTKVHD64.sys Tue Apr 24 04:42:07 2012
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

Realtek RTL8168D/8111D Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC
\SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys Fri Mar 16 06:01:36 2012
get current version from here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

you should also go to your motherboard vendors website and update the bios to the current version and install the last version of the motherboard drivers. you are using 2012 usb bios extensions with 2018 usb extensions. this can cause some strange problems with your usb functions.

How can I check my motherboard vendor? I'm so not familiar with this! :(
