Hello, After updating to windows version 1803, my graphics card in device manager keeps getting error 43.

I'm pretty sure it was the windows update as I was playing a game before, updated new windows version, and immediately after launching the same game was running like crap.
If I try to update the card through either GeForce experience of manually though Nvidia's website, I get to the end of the installation, restart my PC and the update doesn't install. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Attempts to fix the card:
- Using DDU in safemode then installing new driver direct from nvidia's website.
- Reverting windows update to a previous version.
- Resetting windows keeping personal files.
- Replacing CMOS battery.
- Installing older GPU update.
- Updated bios.

Has never been overclocked.

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel i7-4770K
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 780
RAM: 16GB DDR3
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

Solution
Try the following:
Open Device Manager. Locate the GPU, uninstall the drivers if any and remove the GPU from the device manager.
Then, Scan for new devices in the Device Manager.
Install Geforce Experience, Let it update.

Doesn't work thanks for the suggestion I've sinked too many hours into trying to fix this looking at previous threads, I think the solution is a new graphics card
