So i am upgrading from i5-2400 to i7-3770 because of gtx 1060 and the seller of cpu is 400-450km away from me i asked him about cpu if it was working fine temps and stuff ( he said everything was allright ) but its only talking i want some results . Maybe there are some softwares that check if cpu is good or not it temps while stressed and stuff like that ( i mean that he will run the test on his pc and send photo to me via gmail ) sorry for my bad english i hope you understood what i mean , thanks in advanced .

Solution
i7 3770 is a locked part, so no overclocking allowed. That fact alone should make it much easier on your mind - he had no way to do anything to it except use it in a regular way.

The best you can do is ask for some kind of periof within which you can return the CPU if you find it to be defective for any reason, but with CPUs this is quite rare, especially with locked CPUs.

He is selling pc and he told me that he can sell cpu separately so it is deffinetly the same cpu he will sell to me and thanks i will ask video

What I mean is a dishonest seller could find benchmark results from somewhere else or from another pc they have and tell you they are from the cpu they are selling. Unless you have buyer protection like eBay offers there is little you can do to stop a dishonest seller if you cannot test the hardware yourself first.
