Best AM2+ CPU ?

Hi and I Just want to know what's the Best CPU for me and me requirements . i need a CPU Under 100$. and the gpu i have is gt 710 ddr3 .I don't get time to research for it cause it's my exams coming ,the motherboard i have is ga-ma78gm-s2h. i know it's a kind of old system so i can't upgrade it until next year. so any Help Will would be appreciated . Sorry for my bad grammar . i just want to gaming and video editing

A Phenom II X6 1090T or 1100T would probably be the "best" CPUs you could run on that board.

What CPU do you have currently? Realistically, investing much in the AM2+ platform in 2018 is a tough one to justify.

i have a amd sempron le 1250 it's single core and single thread . i'm just a student and i have only 100$ ,a new pc will cost me more than at least 550$ . that's why i'm investing in am2+ currently for now .

Id look at a phenom x4 940 , should be available cheap second hand .
