I was wondering, how much of a difference would going from 3.6 at stock voltage, GHz OC to 3.8 GHz? Especially for games like Fortnite or Overwatch that depend on the CPU heavily. Would it help a lot? I don't honestly think my CPU would load on 3.8, but I never tried it. If anyone has any starting voltage for 3.8 GHz? My 3.6 GHz Ryzen 3 1200 stays around 39-60 max when running games, and I have all my fans running on max speed constantly. I also don't know if running the CPU fans at max speed all the time is bad, but I think it would help for a 3.8 GHz overclock. I'm running the stock cooler for ryzen 3 1200. I have a 1050 TI and 16GB ram

Thank you,

Solution
5% diff if you do the calculation and assume scaling is the same. It doesn’t hurt to try but if you like current FPS, you don’t have to. Just go easy on voltage and increase speed before voltage.
