I have three PCs, PC1, PC2, PC3 connected with a router Tp-LINK WR741N 3.12.4 Build 100910 Rel.57694n, using RJ45 LAN cable

They work fine with internet without any issue, each PC has it's own IP address reserved through the router :

PC1: 192.168.1.100
PC2: 192.168.1.101
PC3: 192.168.1.102

Now the weird thing is that if I restart the PC2 the router hangs, so the internet connection it's gone and I have to dis/connect the router outlet to make it work again

THe PC2 specs are: GIGABYTE EP45-DS3R + intel E2180 + 3GB RAM

Anyone with similar issue?

Solution
If you disconnect (unplug) PC2 while everything is operating normally what happens? What about powering off PC2 rather than a reboot?
I am trying to determine if something in the boot sequence of PC2 is causing this. IP conflict, ARP poisoning, etc ...
