Briefly to say is that I am currently looking to build a pc.

I just need the CPU and the power supply.

The thing is that the G4560 used to be Under £50 but now it became £20 more when I finally had the money to pay for the price before.

When should I wait to get that specific CPU to drop down in price and if so how much? If not, should I just get the power supply now and get my parents to pay for the CPU ?(but there a high chance that they wont get it in the right time when there is get a discount and I am a little impatient).

P.S (The thing is that if I do get the CPU I would be able to start building but the thing is that the power supply is only 230watts and it wont be efficient enough).

Solution
Intel run into production problems with Coffee lake and caused a shortage of all CPUs, at latest reports they are ramping up production of olerCPUs but for now sellers are taking advantage of the situation.
Why don't you look at AMD CPUs ? They are generally cheaper and now with mostly better performance.
Cheapest for now with comparable performance https://www.techspot.com/review/1698-amd-athlon-200ge/
Total G4560 killer: https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+Ryzen+3+2200G&id=3186
Also a better upgrade potential.
