Pc games lags after not playing for a week?

(First of all i have an very low end pc and my english is not good so sorry about that) so i downloaded just cause 2 and i really likes to play JC but after a week i got bored so download COD MW trilogy played those games for 1-2 weeks after i completed all cod's when i open JC2 it lagged like hell idk why that happened. I had to uninstall jc2. Now im downloading others games such as tomb raider. so i wanna know that if i wont play cod's for weeks will that lag like hell too?
(Plus - i used lowspecgamer's patches on jc2 but i dont think that can be a problem

please post the full Specs of your PC, also how many FPS you had before and now?

I gotta check my spec rn i only know i have 2 gb ram and ny pc was built in 2012. Fps was like 30 before but after week it was 10-15
( and im really sorry i voted down your reply i didnt meant to do it i accidenty press that

Great. Now cod mw starts to lag too

what the hell is happening? I played tomb raider for 4 days and cod started lag? Why?

I advise you to format your PC maybe it is saturated with unusable files that consume processing capacity in your pc and it will slow down.

I cant do that. I have many personal files on my pc. If i format it where do i keep my files? ( but its a nice advice thanks for that)

Any way to back them all up? i would recommend you to always have a backup disk (external storage) or a high capacity USB to backup important files. Since you know, every single storage is just another component on your PC and it can die from a day to another without any warnings.
I highly recommend you to accuaire that if you have things you really dont wanna lose. Also, its kinda a vital thing in therms of mainting the CPU healthy.
The basics to maintain a CPU for long and healthy with almost its full power along years are:
-Opening the whole PC and cleaning the dust from it every month to 3 months depending the ambience and the expensiveness of the pc.
-Having back up drives
-Formating the PC every year and fresh installing the OS
-Keeping its temperatures as low as possible. (28~35 iddle to 60~70 working degrees are ok)

while this is happening open your task manager and read me your cpu utilisation
