So I'm trying to install windows on SSD drive. I got Ryzen 2600x with Asus PRIME B450M-K. Removed old HDD so it's just SSD connected. Boot order is first on SSD, it goes trough main windows installation but when it restarts it just shows "select proper boot device or insert boot media." Did diskpart, clean and format part. Any advice?
Also AHCI is enabled.

Solution
I had a similar problem with a Samsung 850. Now I keep a supply of 850's here ... so this may not be an option for everyone ... what happened was the laptop ran out of battery (that's on me) before the first 850 completely installed. Subsequent reboot attempts gave me the same errors as the OP. I took out the first 850 and installed a second, brand new, factory fresh 850. Completed the Windows 10 Pro install and completed all the updates. Used Acronis True Image 2018 and cloned the second 850 back to the first 850, removed the second 850 and reinstalled the first 850 and Bob's your uncle, worked like it should have in the first place.
Seems as though the SSD's don't like to be interrupted at all when they are configuring and installing...

listdisk, clean, format, and assign drive letter

As said before - stop any actions with diskpart after clean command.
No need for
  • create partitions
    format
    assign letter
Windows installation will do it all by itself. If you create partitions manually, they have to be properly made (the same way as install does it). If you do it any differently, you get those problems, you described before.

Ok so I checked my BIOS options, and there are no options for windows boot manager
Tried switching these options on pictures, but same results.
My BIOS looks like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggQAOcOZKZU

Also I'm using Rufus for windows installation should I change something in rufus or?

SMALL EDIT:
Also tried a different windows iso and a different options in rufus.. same results
Installing SSD is pain..

Unfortunately your results are not normal. Usually SSD Windows Installation is a 15 minute process at most before all updates.

Seems as though the SSD's don't like to be interrupted at all when they are configuring and installing. My guess is the OP's SSD is semi-installed and it's not enough to continue an install, but neither is it recognizable as a drive yet.
