So, I just bought my new PC. Here are the specs

Gigabyte AB350m-HD3
Ryzen 3 2200g with Vega 8
8 Gb Ram
WD 1Terabyte
WD 120gb SSD
Rave PSU 500w

After installing all the parts of my PC, I played some games and watch some movies. They were all fine. Until I watched videos in my browser in full screen, I realized that the screen becomes colorful and stuff, like an 8 bit arcade game.

I tried uninstalling my display drivers, I watched the videos in youtube again, and there was no weird things going on.

Why is this my problem? Can anyone help me?

When you say it looked like an 8 bit arcade game, my first thought is low bandwidth resulting in youtube displaying the video in a low resolution mode. Honestly, the games you were playing were working your system harder than a youtube video and if you didn't see a glitch while gaming then a doubt there is problem with your system.

can you view netflix or hulu with browser or any place you can get real HD content? youtube tells us nothing. the videos there are usually terrible. too many folks have no idea how to make videos or rip them

if games and movies are ok, you don't have an issue. and watching youtube on fill screen usually does look poopy
