MSI or ASRock mATX Motherboard?

i think they are similar, i would think the asrock is a tad better with a 3 phrase soc vrm, versus a big 2 in msi board. since you are running the APU, vrm on SoC actually matters, feature wise, they look quite similar.

tbh, i would choose neither and get a board that has a heat sink over the vrm. make sure you have some sort of air flow to help cool the board as both mobo doesn't offer vrm heatsink.

I think the MSI B350M Pro VH does have a chokes (sfc) heatsink but not on the mosfet part, when the ASRock AB350M-HDV have none heatsink
Does this mean i should go for the MSI? Does this heatsink feature really matter?
For the airflow in my pc i have 3 fan (front) for air intake and 2 fan (rear & up) for the exhaust
My build is just for gaming and multimedia purpose tho

if you are gaming a lot, specially oc the apu with ryzen master, the power draw on the soc vrm will be quite significant.

i think SoC phases matters more than heatsink (3 phase over 2 phase), core vrm should not no issue as you are only running a 4core.

mosfet will get hot, and may give you issues.
