Good Day All,
I have recently build a new PC from scratch after having done much research. I am an architect by profession and DIY kind of guy. I build this PC for 3D modelling and rendering. My main programs are Sketchup, Vray, Lumion, AutoCAD Architecture and Photoshop. After much research and spending a good sum of money I am disappointed with the performance of this PC and before I go out there spending more money I would like to run it by persons more knowledgeable in this field. I run windows 10 professional 64bit. I get the spinning wheel when opening basic programs frequently, basic programs like Word. I find when working in Sketchup and CAD the PC often becomes unresponsive. It takes me longer to render scenes in Vray on my PC than if I did it from PC at my workplace which has lesser specs....example...i have 32gb ram and at work I have 8gb ram.....my graghics card at work has 2gb and my pc has 4gb.....I have a 4.2GHz i7 processor and at work we have 2.4GHz i3 processor.

Here are the specs:

Is one of my components holding my pc back or is it possibly a software conflict. Please any help will be greatly appreciated. i know for sure i will be changing my graphics card to a Geforce GTX 1080Ti....but I see no reason to change anything else. What do you think?

I'm using a PNY quadro P1000. I installed all drivers and I frequently check for updates manually. I have never checked the temperature....I guess because I'm not sure what to read from it....I wouldn't have a clue if a reading is high....good...low...etc
P.s. Sorry for the late response. We just went through a tropical storm and internet was down in my area for sometime.
