Optimal cooling in Mini - ITX? Are my fans too close to my CPU cooler?

Trying to find the optimal cooling solution for my case fans. I have one 200mm intake and two 80mm Exhaust fans. All fans are running pretty low with a curve when temps get up there.

On every air cooled Mini ITX build I have done with any manner of power to it, I have had to play with fan curves, wire placement, direction the PSU is faced, etc. to achieve the best cooling. In several of the builds I had to turn the PSU where the fan faced away from the CPU cooler to avoid heat issues. Additionally had to pay attention to where all my cables and wiring were in relation to the air flow/fans.
