Edit: I want to do this because i get high ping in video games.
Edit 2:when i posted this i got 300 - 500 ping and now im getting 700 - 900 ping and at night when no one use the internet i get 55 - 90 ping

Solution
I don't think your router has any abilities. If the problem is too much netflix usage then the problem is not really just bufferbloat it is over utilization. Pretty much someone is going to have to agree which traffic is more important. Its not like you can reduce the amount of bandwidth netflix is using and have no issues, it will likely cause stalls and buffering in the video.

Now if your problem was a file download then it would be a little easier to get some agreement because adding a few minutes to a download is not the same as some having to choose if they watch netflix or not while you play your game.

Bottom line on this tends to be the person who pays for the internet makes the rules. Maybe consider buying your own...

That was why I asked who is using Netflix.

It's up to who pays the bill for the ISP. Maybe paying for more bandwidth is your best option.

Sounds weird but when Spectrum took over Time-Warner, I went from 50 to 100 and then for $10 more I went up to 200. I usually test about 257.

I never said i dont want them to watch Netflix and i asked them and they say they dont care about the quality of the video so that's why i want to set QoS, but if my router cant do it so i will play at high ping i guess
