Overclocking Intel core i7 5500

I know my cpu is not great but I need to overclock it. I have installed the intel extreme tuning app. I want to know what is the max voltage I can set for this cpu while my laptop stays safe. I've got a windows 10 laptop and use notebook cooler for cooling the cpu. Thanks in advance for your helps

I assume you have a Core i7 5500u, which is not an overclockable CPU. The U stands for "Ultra-low power" which makes the CPU runs slower than the non U counterpart.
Depending on the internal cooling solution the manufacturer could set the TDP anywhere from 15W (max) to its lowest TDP (7.5W).
Laptop manufactures will lock the BIOS and could set the TDP to prevent the system from overheating.
