So earlier I noticed that my ram was only using 4gb of the 8gb and it was only running at 800mhz, I don't know what is causing this as I have tried everything I can think of and everything that google has been telling me. Nothing in my bios is limiting it, I messed around with the page file, Removed and added the Ram, Reset windows (few other things I am forgetting) and none of this has worked. It says that 4gb of Ram has been reserved but I can't find a way to unreserve it.
My Specs:
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 R5
Samsung Evo 860 500GB SSD
GTX 1060 6GB
AMD FX-8370
Corsair VS550
Windows 10 64 Bit
The RAM is just some random HP Ram that I never swapped out, really hoping its not dead as the full 8gb gets picked up by both windows and my bios.
