I can't activate Remote Lock and Erase in Android

Hello, I have access to three phone from three different companies [OnePlus 5, Micromax and ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1] using three different Google accounts but in none of them can I activate Secure Lock and Erase - using Wi-Fi/location. There doesn't seem to be an official Android help forum. I don't get any notification. I've tried it multiple times to no avail.

Via google? Well usually the phone has to touch the internet and it should be sync on soo it can recive that information to do the secure lock and erase.
But from my understanding usually android phones are easily hackable, by easy I mean really easy.
Iphones tend to do better job at that for lock mechanism.
