Computer Crashing randomly and other problems

So trying to use my PC consistently and without problems has been a pain for a while now. To start off I have times in which my whole PC will shut off and reset while im gaming, it seems to do it in any game I play. It will turn back on and work normally until it inevitably does it again. Ive tried reapplying thermal paste to the cpu, I bought a better cooler, and I have as many fans as I can fit in the case. Now recently after the crashes im getting nvidia driver kernal errors. I dont know what to do anymore and need advice.

Specs:
CPU: intel core I5-4570 cpu @3.20GHz
SSD: samsung 850 EVO
GPU: GE Force GTX 760
Ram: hyper x fury 8GB DDR3 1866 MHZ (X2)
PSU: Corsair cx series 750 watt
Motherboard: gigabyte z97mx-gaming 5

I guess there is a remote chance that some absolute weird driver conflict is causing your system to go haywire but once again its a small chance, nothing I've ever heard of. Usually if its a ram issue it will be followed by a bsod but its still worth checking them out just to be on the safe side.

My GPU is running at around 50-55 degrees celcius and my CPU at around 40 degrees celcius while gaming. It restarts immediately no BSOD. The display driver problem seems to have gone away for now

Well the only thing that comes to mind is your psu may be failing on you-when they system goes under load, such as gaming, it'll draw more power. If the psu is not up to the task it could cause these restarts. Is there any chance of borrowing a psu off someone to eliminate that possibility?

Thats the thing, I should have mentioned that I bought a new PSU thinking it was the fix. I dont know what the chances are of two failing psu’s are? I bought a flashdrive off amazon so I can run the memtest to see if its my ram, i cannot recall if the problem happened before I bought the ram sticks. One last thing I will mention and it is probably a longshot, I use hyper X headphones and they have a surround sound feature. Ive been playing with the surround sound off for a few hours without any restarts. I know its a absolute longshot that that could be the problem but I guess im desprate. Idk if that could at all cause a complete pc restart lol.
