GPU drastic sudden changes in temps

Have you installed anything that would change how the fans on the card are controlled, like Asus GPU tweak or MSI afterburner?
Try running the fans at full speed on the card and see if it changes how it behaves.
Is the card brand new?

I found the problem !!!
It was the PCI EX slot it self !!!!
The graphics card is really heavy.. so it was stressing the slot a bit .. but when i tried to support it somehow the temps were normal .. remove the support and goes back up !!
