I see this problem is common, but I couldn't find a solution after reading pages and pages of situations.

Since 2 years it works perfectly, with 16GB of ram in 8GB modules.
I recently bought another 16GB in 8GB modules, same firm, same model, they are practically identical.
Installed today: the BIOS see them, I actually have 32GB installed.
But Performance Monitor says that 16GB are "hardware reserved".
There is no limit set in the Windows bios manager.
I am on Windows 7 64bit.
