Hello,
I have a Dell inspiron 5577- i7700HQ, 8GB Ram and Nvidia GTX 1050, Suddenly I have noticed that my CPU usage is around 40-50% at idle. I know thats not normal. I just updated the integrated graphics and nvidia drivers along with BIOS. I also see a little video sticking, like the audio will be flawless but the video will stick for a mili second and resume again.

What might be the problem?
Thanks in Advance.

You'll also need to update all your drivers, as well as your motherboard drivers. Could be some connectivity issue.

Download GeForce Experience for your graphics card driver update.
Driver Booster 5 for all the others.
And jump on your computer's website and check if there's a mother BIOS update or not (I'm not sure if laptop's need these as well).

Let's try and get those fans spinning when you're gaming as that's definitely causing problems with your temperatures.

It could also be that your fans need a quick clean. If they look worn out, could also be worth buying some new fans.
The most common issue is Malware. I recommend downloading the free Malwarebytes or other free Anti-Viruses and run a scan. Wouldn't hurt to get CCCleaner as well.

Also, open up Task Manager and look at what program is hogging the CPU.

Let me know if this solves your issue.

Yeah, I used malwarebytes and it detected 27 threats. I cleaned them. Now the CPU usage is normal but I still think some problem is there. While gaming the CPU usage peaks to 100%. I have also noticed while idle, when I open the task manager, the cpu usage would be 60-70% and as soon as I open the task bar it goes down slowly to 6-7%. Also I have noticed the fans dont ru even while heavy gaming.
