Yeah, there's something extremely concerning here in that screenshot.

Are you not using a cooler with your CPU? Because if not, you shouldn't even have your PC turned on long enough to *get* this screenshot.

Solution

Most aftermarket coolers come with mounting brackets to allow you to attach it to the motherboard, some smaller and lower end coolers may have plastic push pins like the Intel stock cooler.

For an 8700k, I recommend a high end dual tower air cooler or 240+mm AIO if you are interested in overclocking. 120mm AIOs and lower end air coolers like the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO are only really good for stock speeds, the 8700k is a very hot running chip.

In any case, turn that computer off and don't run it again until you get a CPU cooler.
What sort of CPU cooler are you running with? If it's an air cooler, then you probably have a bad mount, and need to apply new thermal paste and remount the cooler. If it's an AIO then there is also the possibility of a pump failure and no liquid is actually flowing, causing high temps. If you just built this system and didn't get a CPU cooler, then stop using it right now and get one. The 8700k doesn't come with a cooler, but you do need to have one.
