Air cooler lower then ambient temp...?

I have a fx 8350 using the stock cooler it would sit around 36-55c just upgraded the cooler to a bequite dark rock 4 after installed I went to mai afterburner like I normally do and it was saying the cpu was running at 15c if stress testing the cpu it barley makes ambient temp which is about 36c... if the cpu is running under ambient then can’t it start getting condensation plus how is it getting under that temp

That’s exactly what I thought that’s why I was so confused when I was looking at the numbers then I was like well doesn’t it have the vapor chambers maybe it’s keeping it cooler

As said, air heatsinks idle performance is only as good as the air around it. Wheres your case sitting? If it's placed low, ambient temps can be cooler as heat rises. Is it really 36degrees in your room lol? I would be dying lol.
