Hello,
My friend bought old geforce 1080 without any warranty and is not working like it should. At first everything looks just fine, but after some time in load (cca: 3-4 min. in games or benchmarks) it just stop working and pc restart. We try it on 4 different computer and everytime it was same.

Temperature is around 73 degrees Celsius. I even disassemble it and repaste and now temp is cca: 65 degrees Celsius under load.

I have also try old driver but it did not work.

I have also try to add TdrDelay to registry inside: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Control\GraphicsDriver. And it sort of help. Now just application crash or it continue but it is really lagging. When this happen my GPU 3D goes to 0-3% of usage and my cpu goes up to 100%.

My PC spec:

MB: GIGABYTE Z370 Aorus Gaming K3 - Intel Z370
RAM: HyperX 32GB KIT 2933MHz DDR4 CL15 Predator RGB
PSU: Corsair CS850M
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1080 G1 Gaming, 8GB

So I ask if somebody know how to make miracles and get this thing working.

I have now 65 degrees Celsius under load, so i do not think this is cause of trouble. I have really good cooling in PC.
