Overclocking my q9500 cpu

I am traying to overclock my cpu but everytime i rise fsb it wont boot. I rise the cpu volts and decrese ram speed.

My matherboard is G41M-P33 Combo it support max fsb 1333

ddr2 2x2Gb 800Mhz

Gtx 750 1Gb

It's very common for G41 MB to have a 340 fsb limit. The G41 chipset does support Xeon swaps. If yours can handle a 120W CPU then X5470 would be a good option.

No i dont have anather cpu
But i can get diferent matherboard
GA-P43T-ES3G or GA-EP43T-S3L
can i OC on those?

Ok it should work, i dont plan to overclock much
If it gets up to 3.4 Ghz i am happy

I've hit 4GHz easily with QX9650 so you should be OK.
