I have an old PC

I'm planning to buy gtx 750ti or gt730 to play games like FIFA 19 ,farcry 5 ,far cry 4 GTA v etc ath low settings

My current specs are :

Motherboard : Mercury PIG41U
Processor : Intel Pentium dual core E5700 @ 3ghz
PSU : Corsair vs450
Ram : 4gb
Graphics card : nvdia GeForce 210

So some one please help me I'm really confused .

Solution
A 2000 dollar gaming laptop will perform like a budget 600-700 pc. Buy a pc if you want a stable gaimng machine. Laptops overheat and there's just no point in buying one. A very good gaming laptop is BIG AF and costs a fortune.

Your cpu is well below min spec for all those games and will not run them at acceptable framerates or even launch them no matter the gpu you put into that system.

Short : everything.

Long : You'd need a beefier processor which would require you to also change out the motherboard. Changing out the motherboard also means new RAM, and since you've only got 4gb you're going to need a minimum of 8gb to play anything (16gb is the preferred as of right now)

Changing out the RAM, processor, motherboard and GPU means that you'll see a larger pull for power, but your 450 watt may be sufficient.

If you live in the US and have any kind of budget, post it here, and I can try to work with it and recommend a build. Otherwise, you're going to be stuck playing games form the early 2000's until you can afford to / care to upgrade.

Fifa 19 ? Come on now you have to get at least a budget Dual Core. Those specs dont meet the minimum requirements at all. Dont waste money on that pc. You cant even upgrade the cpu. Get a I3 2120 with a H67M motherboard. In short save money if you re on a tight budget. The only thing you will possibly need from your current PC is the power supply. It will be enough for an I3 and a 750 ti . Wish you the best!

You can find gaming laptops for your budget and post them and I can tell you if they are going to work for what you need.

I can't find the laptops for you because of the currency and shipping differences, not to mention the international availability.

That used to be true but nowadays it's only a 300-500$ premium and you can find plenty slim gaming laptops that don't have cooling issues. Still on that small budget get a new desktop.

You cant find a 500 dollar laptop with stronger or one that has the same specs as a budget 500 dollar pc. Especially with the used market nowadays. Its just not worth it buying a "gaming" laptop if you have a lower budget than 900 bucks.
