1950x and RAM speed in rendering/sims

Hi, i d like to know if ram speed in TR series affects rendertimes in engines + simulation times.
Is there anyone that has actually compared eg. a 2400 ram vs a 3200 ram in those tasks? Dont wanna spend the extra buck no reason.

Well if Threadripper behaves similar to the normal ryzen series then yes it will improve performance noticeably. The actual architecture, the infinity fabric, really shines by using faster ram.
