Wifi speed slow on laptop but fast on other devices

Hey everyone, nothing I have found on the internet has worked. The problem is, my laptop has 0.7 - 3mbs while all other devices on the same network get 40-60mbs. This is extremely infuriating at this point. I do not have an ethernet cable to see if the problem would be the same. The wifi analyzer says my speed it -67dBm on average. I have also tried flushing DNS, but to no avail, nothing seems to work. Regarding the 'manage network adapters' on the Network and Sharing Centre, that option doesn't even show up.

Any ideas?

What should I look at when buying one? Or really anything would do? Also, they pretty much just boost your speed, what if there's something wrong with my wifi card? Or is this how they fix for this problem in general?

No idea, because I've had my laptops windows reinstalled and upgraded to 10 by a dude in a tech shop. But everything seems to be up to date.

My model is specifically np300e5-s06ee and there are no drivers for it with windows 10. Only 7 and 8. If I undertsad right, from the ones that are displayed.
