I could have sworn I have seen a case that would indeed house 2 ATX systems. Like the center wall would hold the motherboards one on each side.

Here is one for a Micro ATX and Mini ITX

Have to have 2 power supplies and a KVM switch, dual monitors would help but the KVM can get by with one. And the streamer pc would need to capture the gamer output and still pass through to the monitor.

Hello,

You can have as many PC's as you want in your house for whatever you want. It's not a crime to own more than one computer.
However, I don't understand why you would want two computers for gaming and one more for streaming?
Also, I don't really understand why streamers own 2 computers for recording live either?
One powerful big daddy can do all those at once, so why don't you save the space and build a mega beast for all your needs? :)

No, you can't use 2 PCs' to game on at the same time.

1 for the game and 1 to stream with is fine, and common.

One pc would play the game, and the other pc would capture the output and convert it to upload so it would not affect the game pc.

Also 1 pc to game and 2 pc to stream and upload sounds so not english native speaking, the first pc is to game with and the second pc streams. Then you can use the second to game and the first to stream if you wanted to. Not 2 to game and 1 to stream.
