Unlikely as it sounds, the GT730 64 bit Gddr5 card is stronger than the 128 bit GDDR5
R7-250 GDDR5 is the strongest of the bunch.
That said, none of them are better than entry level gaming.
GT1030 is probably the better card for gaming.

Your system is even older than my current i5 750 setup. I would suggest that you make a budget for a new system build. Not just graphics card. But it all depends on what usage your pc is aiming for? Do you want to play the latest games? And what monitor and resolution that you currently using now?
