I have turned off DEP for some programs and games, however I unnistalled them before removing from the list, which makes me unable to remove them. I usually fix this by creating a dummy .exe file where the program/game was originally installed. However, there are several of them which I forgot the path that they were originally installed in. Is there any way to fix this? Sorry if my english is bad.

Solution
Start Regedit (administrator level). Take a quick backup of the Registry first, just in case. Go to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers

You should see the offending list items in there, and can delete them as required.
