So i just bought a new GTX1060 6gb by gigabyte which upgraded my 660ti, and the new graphics card gets lower fps in bf1 than the 2gb 660ti for example in bf1 with the 1060 on ULTRA i get 40 fps while other people get 90 and the cpu usage is from 40-100% and cpu heats up to around 50celsius or 110F...i got the newest drivers... Idk could it be the cpu bottlenecking it. Also in csgo i get massive fps drops while spraying guns, and other games are underperforming aswell.. It heats up to about 60 celsius or 135 fahrenheit. Im just not sure is it the hardware or something else...

MY PC:
GPU:GTX 1060 6gb windforce GiGABYTE
CPU: Intel 2700k 3.5 ghz
Motherboard: P8P67 REV 3.1
RAM:12gb of DDR3
PSU:450W bronze80

Solution
Take a close look at the power demands of your system.

That 450W PSU may not be (or may no longer be) up to the task of supporting the required wattages.

I would recommend either the following

A) upgrading the PSU, as the 450w may not be up to the task or
B) I would honestly say that your older, worse processor is seriously bottlenecking your GPU, so I would recommend a newer processor.

2700k is not bottlenecking a 1060.
