If I got a corsair h60 and some miniature heat sinks could I make a hybrid cooler for my asus dual rx 480 OC?

H60 and something like this

I chose the H60 because it is cheap and has a flatter block, so it should fit under my GPU shroud. I aim to keep the shroud on because this GPU definitely looks nicer and it will keep the VRM and RAM cooler when combined with the heat sinks. Has anyone done this or know if it works?

My GPU gets quite hot and loud, and thermal throttles so It rarely even reaches the OC speeds. I would like to overclock it to a max of 1400MHz, it's default OC is 1320 and normally 1266 boost. It typically stays around 1200 MHz to keep heat down (that's with a custom fan curve, use to be about 1150)

You arent going to be able to install the whole cooler under the stock shroud.
What you are after would be something like the Kraken G12.

But honestly, its a total waste of money. You are going to spend quite a bit to improve thermals on a card that wont really net you any real eprformance increases. I would save the money for a new card.
