I have windows installed on my M.2 SSD and I recently acquired an SSHD for all of my games. Does these two in the same computer cooperate with eachother? My system has been freezes a lot ever since I installed the new SSHD.

No different than any two other type drives.
HDD, SSD, SSHD....all can work together easily.

What specific m.2 drive is this?
Which motherboard?
What port is the SSHD connected to?

My apologizes for not including that info in the topic.

WD Black 512GB Performance SSD - M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive is my boot drive and I have a 2TB firecuda plugged in my Sata 1 port. The motherboard is an ASUS ROG Strix Gaming-E.

OK, so no direct conflict with that drive and the SATA port.

"freezes".
When doing what, exactly?

Like I'll click on the windows button bottom right and it will sometimes freeze and sometimes wont. If i go on the internet, it wont be able to search for anything.

Bad drive, bad cable, bad motherboard port...could be any of those.
What have you tried?

bad drive - no cause then it wouldn't allow me to boot off the M.2., motherboard no cause it boots everything on and detects everything

A bad secondary drive does not automatically preclude booting off the OS drive.
It might, but might not.

Have you run any diagnostics on this SSHD? Whatever the manufacturers tool is.

If you're going to that length...

1. You need an 8GB USB stick, or a blank DVD.
2. Download the MediaCreation tool, and run it from an Admin account.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

3. Once you get to the point of the installation, have only the one drive connected. Physically disconnect all other drives.

4. Then...(assuming Windows 10)
How to do a CLEAN installation of Windows 10

After it downloads, it starts to I guess creative the usb boot drive and then at about 30ish% just says there was a problem running this tool. I'm on admin and it asks me to run admin and I say yes.
