Old HD into external

Hello I am new to the forum, I recently turned my HD 2,5" into an external, but I cannot get my folders from old C: partition, although I got everything from D: ... any ideas??

Your "folders" on the old C, which is now a different drive letter, are probably under the /Users/ folder.

You'll not see 'Documents', 'Music', etc at the top level.
