I am trying to upgrade my current hardware with $650 to something that can handle my current needs. What would be the best hardware to get for a Video Editing / Gaming PC build?

My current PC specs are:
Intel Q6600 Quad core 2.2 GHz
4 Gb 1066 mhz ram
AMD Radeon HD6300 1gb ram
650 watt gold series Antec power supply

Looking to upgrade to:
4-6 core intel 8th gen i5 or i7
8-16 GB DDR4 ram
AMD or Nvidia Graphics card 2 gb + ram
