My download speed at one point was around 1.5mb, so not good but I dealt with it even though on speedtest sites I got around 4mb, Only recently has my download speed gone down to around 400kb even though the speed test still reads 5mb ish. I have tried downloading off other sites (other than steam) and the same issue is there. Any help would be appreciated. I am also wired connection, but only recently swapped, it seems that after I have swapped it is having these issues, at the beggining it as alright though.
